I'm doing Walcott, Bishop, Rich, Montague now.
    Montague's easy enough to learn.
2 poems about killing animals, 2 poems about realtionship with parents... sorted
The language he uses is simple and easy to understand too.

See what I'm thinking is, the lineup will be

    Bishop/Walcott/Longley/Monty

    or.

    Rich/Walcott/Longley/Keats.

I think if the female poets change, the males will remain the same. But if the male poets change, (i.e. replace Keats with Montague, then Bishop will remain a winner).

I'm doing; Montague, Longley and Bishop.

Should I be fine with those three?

On Montague, I find him easy. Mostly about his childhood and his family (or lack of).

Im doing longley bishop and montague, as i had done.

Think ill do a bit on mahon aswell

Before the leak I was studying Keats and longley mainly and had montague as a backup. Now im going to focus more on Keats and Montague. Dont think the poets r gonna b changed too much, just the kind of question asked (write a letter to Keats about his poetry kind of thing).

Mahon came up last year so is very unlikely...wouldnt you be better off with maybe Rich (I know she came up last year too, but she is one of two woman poets this year).

We never did Keats. None of our year, at all.

    nor did we.

I actually have to wonder why we ever did Larkin or Mahon...

because if you started them in fifth year there was no "last years" papers to make predictions?

We did all our poets but Bishop and Larkin this year. Not sure why we did Mahon.

Aslong as there is a woman poet it's sound for me preferably Bishop.

I'll be quite happy if either Keats or Bishop appear. If neither of them appear though...

I'm thinking of learning Rich. Haven't done her (not that way :pac: ) since last year but considering the circumstances, I don't think they WON'T put a female poet on. They have to. So Rich + Bishop = sorted. Even though I hate both the fcukers

Sticking with Keats, Longley & Montague as I had studied before the leak. The latter 2 are both Irish, good chance one will come up.

My gut instinct is that Keats & Walcott will stay while Bishop will be replaced with Rich, or that Longley will be replaced by Montague (celebrated 80th birthday this year)

All this speculation about "what'll change" and "What'll stay the same" doesn't matter at all. The two papers were set at the same time by two completely different committees. They were both deciding what to ask based on the same information from previous years. Saturday's paper could be exactly the same, or totally different. The "leak" doesn't mean anything, other than our exam is on a different day.
