I have dumb bells and feet but no plan

    :confused:i have a set of dumbells (.75kg, 1.25kg & 2.5kg) and some feet that I can use to run. I don't have money for a gym membership. I would like to use these things to get fit asap. Can anyone recommend a programme?

    5'9, 85kg and looking to shed about 7 kilos over the next few months. Thank ye.
