Mazda MPV part needed

Hi folks, Just did the NCT with our 1997 Mazda MPV and they tell me it needs new bushings and front track rod. Our little local garage guy was able to get some class of bushing that fits but can't find a track rod anywhere. He's been ringing around the country but can't seem to find a part to fit. I know it's a jap import…

Hi folks,
Just did the NCT with our 1997 Mazda MPV and they tell me it needs new bushings and front track rod. Our little local garage guy was able to get some class of bushing that fits but can't find a track rod anywhere. He's been ringing around the country but can't seem to find a part to fit.

I know it's a jap import and there aren't many of them around, but would anyone know where I might get this part?

I've previously tried Japparts for other bits and all I ever get is some guy taking the details and saying he'll call back, but never does.
