Would you just train strength technique stamina attack handling and defense or would you train him up a bit in speed and agility thanks in advance

i wouldn't bother with speed and agility, just a luxury. If i had his core skills like the ones you named up to a level i was happy with, only then would i consider speed and agility.

I have a guy in my academy who is 206cm and 109kg that I would sell. He hasn't been being trained as a second row so his jumping handling is not very good though. Let me know if your interested. I have another 206cm guy and my plan had been to train had been to train technique/strength/jumping/handling and promote/sell him at the start of next season.

Will probably keep the younger guy for myself. As I say given I have these 2 guys in my academy training this season will be focussed on them. Don't hugely need the cash now, might be worth buying him next season when he's had a season of decent youth training?
