    On Prime Time tonight Moodys downgraded the credit rating of Anglo Irish Bank.

    The story has upset the Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan.

    Tomorrow's Indo carries a report that he claims it breached the broadcasting moratorium in effect on the day before an election.
