There's www.awesomebooks.co.uk .They have free shipping but I'm not sure if they have much of a photography section though. You could try ebay. I've found one or two out of print books there in the past.

Otherwise you could try ringing/emailing a good secondhand shop and seeing if they'd let you pay by credit card and send you the books.Charlie Byrnes in Galway used to have a very good photography section. There's a contact page to enquire about stock here :http://www.charliebyrne.com/vinny.php

If you search 'books' on the bargain alerts forum, you'll see this has come up before.
I use www.betterworld.com they charge €3 shipping, code READRIGHT gets 10% off

Try: www.abebooks.com, I've used them in the past...shipping can take a while but they have a huge selection (not sure about photography but I'm sure you'll find something!), they're cheap as chips and anything I ordered turned out to be good quality.

This site searches for new and second hand books taking delivery charges to Ireland into account.

    http://www.bookfinder.com/

This site shops the market for new books, pricing in Sterling and only quoting UK delivery charges.
