Seems the principal and caretaker are to retire this year. There will be a new principal, but due to the recruitment freeze in place, getting a new caretaker automatically isn't as straight forward. Unless one is found, I'm led to believe (by the Kildare Times) that Confey College (the secondary school up da hill, in Leixlip) may not reopen next year.

So, unless you want to be forced into Colaiste Chiarain (far-end/"real" Leixlip :P), I'd advise you to start sending letters off to local politicans, dept of education, etc, to get you a caretaker.

Otherwise you'll be either sent to Leixlip, or Lucan...
