Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thank god Vettel is ahead of Button, so noone (barred a fluffed start) can hold him up i.e. Ferrari or Toyota. We might actually see a race for the first time since the wet races, that isn't just the 2 Brawns fighting each other. Bar Brawn going bust mid season Button has the title in the bag all he has to do is finish 2nd and 3rd for the rest of the season as Ferrari and Red Bull will take points off one another, I nearly wish they had of brought in the most wins system now so we might have fight to the wire if Ferrari or Red Bull make a huge jump.

    I wouldnt agree 100% there
    If Ferrari and Red Bull are taking points off each other and if they make big steps forward it would be very easy for Button to be only gettin 4th and 5th from here on in.
    I know it is a long shot but it is F1 and anything can happen ;)

    yep im afraid so, i cant see button finnish off the poduim this yr, regardless of what improvement ferrari/red bull might make , brawn arent exactly standing still, in fairness to button he isnt even dumb enought to throw dis title away.

    But then he would just have to win a couple more GP's and it would be over, i would prefer if the points went back to the old way or the ones FOTA proposed, of course that means Button would be even further ahead but if others start winning they could close the gap quicker. Realistically Button is going to keep winning so it doesn't really make a difference.
