Well its difficult these days, but start with only few forums, and expand. No way boards.ie would be successful if it started with as many forums as it has today from day one.

perhaps taret a niche market, boards started out as a forum for quake gamers!

Yeah cheers man, the site is specific enough, just getting over the first few days, think I might be going OTT with some of the changes and attempts to boost it.
