Is it possible to get all-day parking on or near Pearse St.? The eastern part of the street near Hanover Quay is what I am interested in.

    No, impossible.

The streets are all 7am-12am Mon-Sat or 7am-6:30pm Mon-Fri on side streets. You will have to go to Ringsend/Landsdowne area to get free parking daytime near there.

you could try the Maldron Hotel on Lime Street. They have parking but i am not sure if you have to be a resident to use their car park

If you go up Macken Street and turn right going towards Holles Street Hospital will bring you to Hogan's Place. Left side of the road is free parking but if can be difficult to get a spot sometimes so arrive early

There are a number of all-day free spots on South Dock Road, you could be lucky depending on what time you arrive. Next left after you pass bus garage before you go over the bridge inti Ringsend village.

That's some walk from Pearse st. Anyway, ain't the parking in that tiny street for the residents?

There is no resident parking on the left side of the street as you face towards the canal basin. Its free all day every day as long as you park in a space without double yellow lines.

There is a short cut (walking!) down the laneway and across the lock gates to Hanover Quay - walk up laneway at back of Camden Lock apartments, turn left when you hit the dodder, turn right when you can't walk any further and cross over the three lock gates. You have reached Hanover Quay.
