    Just wanderin which one is prefferred by people on boards.Personally I prefer P2 . . . but most of my friends prefer P1 which surprises me . . .
    So . . . what about you?

    I'll tell you shortly after 12 tomorrow. I wouldn't have a preference but I expect I did better in paper 1 than I will in paper 2. I just don't feel as well prepared as I did going into paper 1.

    In general I prefer paper two; area, line, circle, statistics, linear programming - it's just beautiful!

    Love paper 1 especially intergration! Really nervous goin into paper 2 tomorrow im not that prepared

    Paper 2
    Paper 1 is so much easier. Theres much less initiative involved and more straight forward imo. And I despise Furthur calculus and probability. Whenever I try probability I start to use my own thought rather than the mathematical method which really puts me off :(

    And MacLaurin Series...... ? What is that? Whats it used for??? :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Normally paper 2 is better for me but I preferred paper 1 this year!

    Paper 2 is more visual or can be which suits some people better! i think its the easier of the two,
    This year though i think i done equally well in both them!

    Paper 2
    I prefer Paper 1 since it's more abstract whereas Paper 2 is a bit more waffley with probability. This year's one though was pretty good.

    I kind of prefer to do more problem solving maths, rather than the abstract stuff. So for that reason I'd go for paper 2.

    Can't have a bad word to say about calculus though, or sequences and series for the most part.

    Just complex numbers, matrices, algebra for the sake of algebra, induction.. just doesn't really do it for me. Personal opinion though, I can see how other areas would appeal to other people more.

    Went really well today. Only question I really messed up was Q8. I still think it will have brought me down though. So paper 1 is my favourite.

    PAPER 1 !! I love algerbra, and differanciation. paper 2 today was so bad. I had a little cry and decided my chances of college are shot.. which didnt help at all. there weren't six questions I felt comfortable answering... all i can do is hope my paper 1 grade will bring my average to a pass. Moral of the story: Do ordinary level.
