    Hello.

I have created a small log garden in a quiet corner of my garden. I am attempting to create a small haven for moss / fungi / bees / wasps / small mammals / beetles / slugs etc.

Anyway, I dug a a depression in the soil and I roughly built logs across it and on top of it, leaving lots of gaps and hidey holes. I piled some soil around the perimeter and sprinkled more on top. I then planted wild flower seeds, foxglove, marigolds and spinach (bit random, I know) here and there around and on the mound.

Anyway, it looks quite good now! I am looking forward to the flowers and animals taking it over.

Anyway, has anybody any experience of log gardens and what can I add to it?
