Since the European People's Party is once more the largest pan-European Party, could somebody please detail their policies (if they have any)?

The fact that they are termed as centre-right is all well and good, but what practical implications does this have (other than their composition)?

For one thing it means Barrosso is almost guaranteed another term as commission president. It also means that the directives coming from the EU will continue to be more free market orientated as opposed to socialist. The EPP itself doesn't have a manifesto as it is not really a party, it's just a grouping of parties across Europe. It simply facilitates co-operation between it's constituent parties by holding meeting termed 'working groups' which establish a common agenda and approach whenever possible. But member parties of the EPP are not beholden to the EPP and can diverge from fellow members on many issues.

Maybe EPP Manifesto could be an answer?

Basic Programme. Action Programme of the previous candence.

    EPP web page says:
They have decided to make the road map from the EPP manifesto for the next five years their own.

So the programme for the upcoming candence will reflect the policies given in the manifesto above.
