    If you don't usually watch the WEC i recommend you get this one and check it out. very entertaining, on top of the strikeforce show, great weekend for mma.

    Ouch!!

    Broke a bone in my hand a five years ago and tore some of the ligaments. Only ever got back to about 80% strength. Hope he fairs better..

    in terms of the action this for me was a weak wec event so far, havent seen the main event yet, paused and ready to go next :D but still a good event none the less.

    The last few wec's have come nothing close to this in terms of action imo. How could you possibly describe this event as weak?

    Honestly enjoyed them more than this one but thats just my taste i guess , the main event here though really lived to the billing.

    should be called wings extreme cage fighting there was a few flying moves that decided things :D
