Cost of house in present climate

Hello, How much would it cost to build a 2000 sq FT house in the east cork area that a good builder would do now that the boom is finally over? Site is on a hill and there is alot of shell there to be dug out.it a bungalow with all blocks walls inside.have to put solar panels on it too.
