    Jebus what an irrelevant thread.

    Since the old wagon resigned there has been the small matter of the biggest shoeing the Labour party has ever had in Europe. I think that would have more effect on Gordon Brown rather than some dopey disaffected Blair "babe".

    Brown is an idiot but it is going to be a lot worse over there when the Conservatives get back in.

    I cannot see Brown resigning as he is between a rock and a hard place, just like the Greens here. He will cling on bar a mass backbench revolt, and that's unlikely as they want to keep their cozy jobs.
