Was looking for some of this myself earlier in the year but changed a design I was working on last minute. These are 2 links I found in my bookmarks. The first one is a US retailer that does some EL products though I don't know if there's a quantity requirement. The second is an Irish speciality lighting place. they dont actually list EL products that I could find on thie site but I suppose you could give em a ring and see if they could suggest a place that would do them. Alternatively there may be kits and the like for sale on ebay.

I ended up resorting to using my dad's company to attempt to order samples from an english company as I didn't need very much. That was a few months back though and I'm still waiting
