Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't delete isntalled game from hard drive...

    yesterday i post thread about installing games from hard drive, i actually installed gears of war 2 and finished it yesterday so today i actually want to delete it to free up some space but everytime im deleting the game this thing is gonna pop out "There was a problem performing that action" any idea anyone?

    I just love Microsoft's "informative" troubleshooting steps:
    Many things can cause this error message. The specific cause depends on what you are trying to do in the Xbox Dashboard.

    Er yeah, "There was a problem performing that action" is a very helpful error message to start with :D.

    Not sure what caused the problem OP, I've been installing and uninstalling things since the NXE update came out and haven't had this problem yet...

    I was just lookin for a screen grab i took (cant find it damn) when microshafts "informative and helpful error diagnosis" told me "this problem was caused by microsoft xp operating system" :rolleyes:


    Oh and jom, try having the gow game in the disc drive when deleting if you have try the opposite, other then that i would try delete it from someone elses xbox instead if possible
