I have been receiving jobseekers benefit since Dec '08 and I have now got a part time job for 3 days a week and I will be claiming JB for the other 3. However I am also considering returning to college to do a years Masters. I know I will have to sign off when I start in October but I was wondering if I would still be able to get the part-time JB until then? Can anyone help?

you should be able to - just go in and apply to have your JB switched to part time JB. You may also want to look into the Back to Education Allowance Scheme, and see if you qualify.
