    Hi Guys.

Can you do the Poll & say whether you are PC or Mac?

It'll be interesting to see what everyone is using.

Please dont start debating about which is better.. It a pointless arguement.

Bottom line - Any computer is better than NO computer if it means you can get creative.

Maybe just leave a comment about what spec machine you are using for your productions / musical adventures.

What are you using to make Music? PC or Mac? 67 votes

    Love this..

"1. If everything on a Mac just works, then why does a website called "Mac fix it" exist, assholes? Here are a few choice topics on macfixitforums.com:

    -Login window stuck!
-lower caSe "S" key not working!!
    -Menu bar keeps flashing
    -I can't drag and drop!

Waaaah, boo hoo! I can't drag and drop! Dumbass. Looks like your Macs aren't perfect after all, which leads me to my second point:

    2. F*** you.
    "

    LOL :pac:

PC but I would like to go mac, just for the power. 64bit computing seems far too messy on PC....:(

What about Linux? I was just watching videos of Serato, Traktor and Ableton running on Asus EEE PCs running Xanthos(Linux) last night, really surprised that the apps booted, nevermind performed.

I use Vista("shock horror!"). If I won the lotto, I'd get Logic and a Mac, bar that there's always gonna be better ways to spend my dosh.

Its kind of funny with music people, they seem to be really non technical sometimes and almost superstitious. To the point where its like, "I have some magical awesome sounding beans to sell you, perhaps you would like to purchase them?"

Digital is digital, you can do anything in one DAW that you can do in another. If you use 3rd party plugins and a load of samples from packs, or record your own, what difference does it make?

PC x2 Mac x2 .I would find it very hard to just work with one or the other. Most apps / Plugin's work better on one platform than they do on the other.

    Welcome Masterlabs!!

Well, you certainly have lots of choice with 4 Computers, thats for sure! :D

Its always a good idea to keep one computer for mail/web/forums etc . One for Music Production. One for Video/Graphics , and an old PC for running those apps that don't work on modern OS. You can use one keyboard and mouse for all of them simultaneously with an app called 'synergy'... to avoid clutter..
