I would imagine a complete lack of interest in the gig. Nobody seemed to know they were playing and the original date that were scheduled to play was moved because it conflicted with the Down gig on the same date. Then Down added another date which again conflicted with the moved Prong gig so you can imagine why they've cancelled.
