Nokia 5800 Sat Nav

    Its there a sat nav apps for the Nokia 5800 thats does not use Data to connect? Oh yes and free if possible

    The 5800 has built in GPS that uses Nokia Maps which is pretty sweet.

    But it takes about 30mins to connect!

    Ive been wondering about this app too...

    I was expecting that when you launch Nokia Maps and you have a WIFI connection, you can download the maps with the WIFI, but it still seems to use the 3g

    Any thoughts?

    Don't want to sound like a smart ass. But you can't use wifi on the move.

    Are you saying if it makes a data connection via 02 it wont cost you anything?

    I took photo on saturday and the phone made a connection because the gps info was turned on and i was charged.
