    Notice of meeting

    Here is a notice for all members of the Kuvera Action Group who are taking part in the group legal action against Kuvera Ireland and VG Buildtech.

    The next meeting of the Group will take place at 8pm on Tues 16th June
    at the City West Hotel, Saggart, Dublin.

    It is important that as many of the Purchasers as possible attend this meeting because you will be given an update on the next stage of the legal action, which relates to the firm of Indian solicitors that have been appointed.

    As you may have seen in recent press coverage, an Irish legal action has been launched and the assets of Kuvera Ireland and Kieran Murphy have been frozen by the Group. There is also proceedings against legal firm Seymour Majors that have been issued. You will also receive an update how this is progressing.

    If you are currently a member of the Kuvera Action Group, but unable to attend, then please email india.investors@hotmail.com and you will receive an update.

    Any other purchasers are still welcome to join the legal action, please email the above address for details.

    Dear All,

    The meeting of the Kuvera Action Group that was planned to take place on the evening of Tuesday 16th June at the City West hotel has been cancelled. This is due to some developments late last week and the fact that The Group is back in Court this week.

    It is now likely the meeting will be held next week, but more details will be issued as soon as they have been clarified.

    Hi All,

    There has been some success today in the legal case against overseas property company Kuvera. The High Court today granted compensation to the Kuvera Action Group, which was set up by property purchasers to recover their money, as part of the Irish element of legal action undertaken by Dublin legal Anthony Joyce Solicitors.     The legal case continues against a firm solicitor from Enniskillen called Seymour Major of Seymour Major Solicitors who advised on the investment and legal action has also been kicked off in India.

    This case was started only 7 weeks ago, so it shows people what can be achieved especially when you get enough people together and go through the Commercial Court. This should give hope to other overseas property purchasers stuck in a similar situation.
