    Westbourne Estate - Clondalkin
    Earlsfort Estate - Lucan
    Rossberry - Lucan
    Foxborough Gardens - Lucan
    Castle Riada - Lucan

    Any info would be great!

Depends on who the developer is but I have not heard anything about buildings collapsing or anything in them areas, so yes, they ARE safe to live in...

I used to live in Foxborough Gardens 8 years ago. Whilst certain parts of Foxborough are not great Foxborough Gardens (at that time was lovely). It had the advantage of being a cul de sac with a lovely green space for the kids to play and the neighbours I knew were lovely and looked out for ya. I remember my neighbour knocking on my door after I came back from the shop telling me I had left my window open and she climbed in to close it. It was rather quiet when I was there.
Now since I left I have noticed council housing has gone up in the area so I don't know wether this has affected Foxborough Gardens or not.

Stay away from Westbourne actually stay away from Clondalkin completely unless you can afford to live near the village!
the others I am not familiar enough with to add a comment on.

Good luck with your search :)

    Westbourne Estate - Clondalkin
    Earlsfort Estate - Lucan
    Rossberry - Lucan
    Foxborough Gardens - Lucan
    Castle Riada - Lucan

I know some of them and the answer would be NO.
So, where ever you got the list, the general trend is NO.
I have noticed this before. If the estate agent understands the requirement, all of the properties offered will be ok.

Its an unfortunate fact, but you need to move out 20 miles.
Even then, you take your chances.
We are now no different to any large city anywhere in Europe.
We used to be a quiet peaceful community.

Most large cities in Europe have cheaper rents, a difference

That's not true. I live in Dublin 7 and it's a lovely area, nice quiet street with good neighbours. Never seen any trouble there.

15 minutes walk from O'Connell Street. Rent isn't dirt cheap but it's not astronomical either.
