Solicitor & building surveyor recommendation

Could anybody recommend a decent solicitor in the south Dublin area (Rathfarnham, Tallaght, Sandyford area). I also need to get a building surveyor, house not structurally damaged, but I need to get a comprehensive report done, house is about 40 years old and uninhabited for a few years. Thanks
