Has there ever been a group camping weekend organized by the people who frequent this forum. I noticed it is quiet a busy forum and have often wondered was there ever a camping trip arranged, a al the AH beers, or Motors meets type arrangement.

Just curious as it was something I was expecting to find, and was curious when I ddin't see it.

I myself love camping and experiencing the outdoors but now of my close knit of friends are into it so I don't get to go too often. I'd love a weekend away with similar minded enthusiasts and was expecting to see such a thing organized here.

Has there ever been such an event?
