    So many threads on this forum are started by fundamentalists and homophobes pretending to raise 'meaningful' and 'legitimate' issues.
    Gay people appear to fall for this and start engaging with the interlocutor
    in a rational way; but it's a waste of time - just ignore them.

    in a rational way; but it's a waste of time - just ignore them.
    I don't see a problem in discussing gay related issues in a gay forum.
    Basically what you're saying is that any topic that is not supportive of Homosexuality doesn't belong in the LGBT forum. That's like saying Socialists or Libertarians or other anti-government voices shouldn't be allowed in the Politics forum.
    How can we have a meaningful discussion on Homosexuality if all anti-gay voices are going to be shouted down as trolls ?

    Then whats the difference in a troll and a person who wants a meaningful discussion on homo/bi-sexuality.
