Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just roughly - how much leeway do I get with the 70-200 L on IS handholding? On a full frame..

    Seemingly 4 stops!

Which sounds like a lot really. I'd say in reality it's probably 2 and at a push maybe 3.

it's about 3 stops, but obviously it still won't stop motion blur, only stops camera shake, so for shots of people moving, you're still limited by how fast they are moving rather than with the lens.

For shooting music and weddings for the past 5 years or so with this lens, I probably won't buy it again, I'd go for the non IS version and spend the extra money on a 85mm f/1.8
