It's strange how they banned it for "danger to health" without specifying any health danger whatsoever. Then again, Chavez is somewhat more eccentric than most world leaders. :pac:

I actually think Coke Zero is much nicer than Diet Coke. (But nowhere as nice as real Coke of course)

But do you think it tastes more like full sugar coke? I think it tastes very like normal coke, more than any other diet drink mimics its full sugar version. I know a big guy who only likes diet coke, and it is not the "diet" side of things, just the taste, he doesn't like zero as it is so similar to normal coke too.

Strange they did not ban diet coke too, maybe the nutter likes it!

Yep, I think Coke Zero tastes a lot more like regular Coke than Diet Coke does, but I don't like regular Coke so also don't really like Coke Zero. Diet Coke, however, I LOVE the taste of. Bit of addict too

It's full of aspartame, look up the dangers of that sweetener, I don't blame them for banning it.

aspartame is not banned in Ireland and there is no scientific evidence that it is a danger.

Really neither coke zero or diet coke are great, although coke zero is closer in flavour to real coke.


Coke always tastes weird to me when I'm hungover and thats what I think coke zero tastes like all the time.

I don't dislike Coke Zero but it tastes as much like real Coke as Diet does - i.e not much .

Coke >> Pepsi >>>> Pepsi Max >>> Diet Coke >> Coke Zero
