Well i have always said a tony's style bistro, that does inexpensive filling and delicious breakfasts for under a tenner and the same with their lunches. That's just me though!

I'd like to see Mexican, Vietnamese, and a proper Irish restaurant with crubeens, colcannon, boxty, corned beef, goats cheese on brown soda bread, fresh local shellfish in various sauces, etc. Sometimes we forget local cuisine (albeit sometimes with good reason - i.e. taste and cholesterol!).

Hard to support that in Mallow though - my heart goes out to the owners of local restaurants in the current climate.

Something like a sitdown all you can eat breakfast place for rappers.
