Don't understand why you tack that onto the sentence at all.

AAGHH! Because "Period" is the american word for "Full Stop" (as in the punctuation mark at the end of a sentence.) So they saw it on telly, weren't sure why they used the word Period, but use it now anyway.

Proactive is awful, but it's use is dying out a little. It had a huge boom period there circa 2004/2005. Chillax is terrible too, I also detest the words babe and hun. And the argument I only hate them because I am never called either of them is only semi-valid

From the annoying "legend" to the inexcusable shortened version "ledge" to the abomination that is "ledge bag".

Didn't think you could get a worse version of legend but "ledge bag" does indeed manage to be far worse.
