Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All
Get the above mentioned when trying to start up the laptop.
I downloaded the WinPE boot cd. Thought I could simply login and copy the dll from CD/USB stick to the system 32 folder but its not letting me.
Once it boots in, the only thing on the desktop is the 'PE Network Configurator'
Using the PE Network Configurator, i can navigate between drives. I can even right click and copy the dll off the cd, but it wont allow me to paste it into the system 32 folder

Any ideas?ALternative boot type cds i could use

    Thanks

did you read the Microsoft KB article?

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314477

It's probably the easiest fix for it.

    hey
I actually managed to fix it using the Winpe tool.
Simply copied the dll from the cd and into the system32 folder.
THe problem that i was having was that in order to paste into the system32 folder, you had to right click on the actual folder in the C:\Windows folder and click paste. I was going into the actual system32 folder and trying to paste, but it wasnt working for me.
