    Just wondering for those about to head back to the college anything worth having in Phase 3 other that the stuff from Phase 1. There's always something you'll forget!

    Be sure and bring a laptop as theres tons of assigments and it quells boredom in between times! And start revising your definitions now! Phase 3 was the worst for just being such a busy time once things got started. Don't forget ur id badge! (A George foreman grill also comes in handy!!)

    Get a few files from the members on your unit, files that have been to court and are correct.
    A robbery, drink driver, sexual assault/rape etc, all the common ones.

    They will put you in groups in your class and make you do a file,. Of course they wont train you how to do it and will give you feck all time or resources .(sounds familiar??) If you have files with you it's just a case of re-writing these to suit scenario. It's great to watch how each group fights over how it should be done.... "my tutor in in Dublin says this is how you do it, no my sergeant in ballygobackwards did a file in '82 and it was like this!!!" .
