Anyone know if any regular Irish store sells Manuka honey?

    Thanks.

Most if not all health food shops will stock it. My local Supervalu has it!

It is ubiquitious. Any decent supermarket should have it.

Aye, my local SuperValu in Skerries sells it too & has a range of UMFs (Unique Manuka Factors). You should be able to pick it up in any decent supermarket or health food store.

Costs far too much here :( In the regions of €20-35 or something. Probably better off ordering it online if you can.

Manuka Factoid: Some hospitals in New Zealand use it on their bandages. Their antiseptic properies help wounds heal quicker.

Good for rubbing on cuts & scrapes too.
A spoonful of it mixed with turmeric is good for a sore throat. Eat it swirl around your mouth, trying to coat as much of your throat as poss.
    Don't drink for 30 mins.
