UPC Broadband down in D8

Anyone else having problems with UPC in DUblin 8, mine has been up and down over the past 2 months had 3 engineers out, and made 5-6 calls, i'm now on hold for over 20 minutes guy keeps saying im number 1 in queue, i dont believe him - unless they only have 1 staff member. Anyone else in Dublin 8 with issues?
