I am just wondering what people think of perlico and UTV internet? I am currently with smart but out of contract this month so lloking to change. Thinking of diconnecting the landline but wouldn't mind keeping it if I had to!Thanks a million

Complete madness, if you can get Smart then stay with them, best ADSL ISP in the country.

Perlico and UTV will both require a land line, and will also enforce lower limits than Smart. The only reason to consider either of them is the bundled call packages, which you don't appear to be interested in due to wanting rid of your phone line.

Why change? Is it just because you're out of contract, or are there problems? If you are having connection issues, due to the line, then going to any other provider will probably be worse. Smart's ADSL2+ is a little more forgiving on a poor line than eircom's re-sold ADSL.
