I am suprised that the press did not use that one of the girls was Irish as well against Louis (should state, I supported Kandy Rain)...guess that the hubby gets the TV back next weekend...

I thought that was a good performance, bar the redhead... Really energetic, bad ass, great song choice. Really suited the image and attitude. Would have loved to see them go through and do their rock thing.. Poor girls.

Ah well, there's always the porn industry for them.

    [smugness]

Just thought I'd refer to a post of mine from a couple of days ago ...
Like almost everyone else, I despise John and Edward. However I feel a little bit sorry for them too. After this, they won't be able to walk down the street without getting abuse hurled at them! They're very young and probably just didn't know what they were getting themselves into. I could actually see one of two of the others (e.g. Rachel or Kandy Rain) being kicked out before them.

Seriously though, could I have been more right!

    [/smugness!] :D

Oh my god how are john and edward the fools still on the show. Kandy rain were not the best- but they were better than them. So shocked that Rachel was in bottom two.

Did anyone notice how Kandy rain had co-ordinating denim outfits at the start of the results show- when they were all singin 'i gotta feelin'.

Then they changed into thier rather provocative clothing that they were told they did not need that look. I don't think they dod themselves any favours!!!

If the twins aren't in the final two next week, Diva night, then there's something seriously wrong.

All the acts changed back in to the clothes they wore the previous night.

Every one wore differnet clothes for "i got a feeling", and changed back into their outfits from last night... should have went to specsavers love..

I agree, Jamie Afro and Oli are definatley bigger diva's than the twins...

It has nothing to do with the theme of the show, its what kinda show you put on fusing the theme...

Won't the songs be Diva type? I can't see them pulling it off convincingly.

She'll probably try to adopt Lloyd

Must say im surprised thought J&E would get alot of stick people saying they'd get through next week coz they are divas or something

Think Lloyd will be in trouble, his voice is very manly.

I'm sort of surprised that the twins got through. But I kind of think its a bit like Big Brother where the most annoying people or the ones who make the biggest impact tend to stay.

Not surprised at all that Kandy Rain got the boot. As hot as they were, there was never any chance of them winning. Girls just won't vote for them.

Olly and Jamie Afro are my favourites, although yer wee man Joe is good too, as is Danyl.

Glad the twins got through at least they cause a bit of controversy rather than the usual bland people. Louis done deadly with them as well covered the fact they can't sing with their big show that they put on which I thought was class so fair play to Louis.

Joe is class, Danyl is very average besides the last note the rest was fairly crap tbh. I think Joe was the best and Miss Frank were good.

why was cheryl apologising?! only tuned in...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,148 ✭✭✭✭KnifeWRENCH

    Why? Just why?
J&E getting through the first week - there are some very bad people in Britain that can't be trusted with phones.

Kandy Rain weren't that bad, they didn't deserve to be the first act out. I guess the fact that Miss Frank were so good damaged them.

Stacey is my favourite so far but Miss Frank and Afro are good too.

Ignoring the above, extremley disrespectful comments, I'm missing Xtra Factor, could someone tell me this thingy that Cheryl apologised for??

And also, Robbie was clearly strung out, so disappointed aswell, read an interview during the week where he was saying he was making a clean break and was off drugs for good this time... Sad stuff if he's back on the pills already.

Thank god Kandy Rain are gone, them and the twins are just gimmicks, they were.... "provocative" and the twins are, well, the twins.

Love Joe, he's just gorgeous, and really hope they get Afro singing some Lenny Kravitz at some point, can just picture him dancing about the stage singing "Are you gonna go my way?"

notice the smug face on her before they went to the clip of her with Kandy Rain?

Cheryl was apoligising to Kandy Rain for basically calling them slags cause of the way they dressed at the live show.

She apologised after last nights show for giving them "constructive criticism" regarding their outfits.
