Helix has been spoken with and accepted a temporary ban from the Soccer forum (although, technically that's his business and boards.ie's more than anyone elses, I'm going to assume he's ok with it being discussed considering how public the whole incident was in the first place).

The other issues that were raised, are being floated (see Dav's use of boards.ie name thread in Feedback) and discussed as nessecary.
