Dell inspiron 1000 compatible card

Hi, a friend wants wireless connectivity for her old laptop. I'm not all that familiar with wireless cards and how they have changed over the years. Can anyone recommend ones sub €50 that would be compatible with a dell inspiron 1000 laptop. Thanks

From searching on the net it appears to have a pcmcia slot so you should be able to pick up a wireless one of those:

Or you could try a usb wireless card.
