Well I would say that like any hotel you could have many different sets of hours.

For example, I once worked in a hotel and the shifts went like this:

    Hotel/reception: 8am - 5pm, 5pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am, 6am - 3pm

    Bar: 12pm - 6pm, 4pm - 2am, 6pm - 2am (Also a "split shift" 12pm - 3pm [2hour break] 5pm - 2am

    Restaurant: 6am - 3pm, 7am - 4pm, 8am -5pm, 9 or 10am - 6pm

    Waiter/Waitress: 1pm - 10pm, 4pm -11pm, 5om - 11pm, 6pm - 11pm

So you see, the hours you do could be a mix of all of these, depending on where you work.

Try going up to the Dundrum centre and see if there's anything going there.
