Spots on my back.....

    Just wondering can anyone help me or provide any suggestions. Its really starting to bother me lately. On my shoulder and back area I seem to be getting alot of spots in the last 6 months. I dont mean I am covered or anything, but I am conscious of them. Im 26 years old. They are just like small little red spots, but you can notice them when I have my shirt off. I wouldn't say I have the best diet in the world, but I do eat 3 meals a day and I don't think im eating junk food at all. I would drink at weekends. I have tried changing shower gel and that hasnt seem to work either. So just wondering can anyone provide any insight or does anyone have ideas on what I could do to get rid of them?

    seems a little cruel to approve the thread only to close it again, but OP really we can't give you any advice about this. What you should do is go to your GP, get a diagnosis and then post back here to see if anyone has had the same problem, and if so, what they did.
