    Hey all,

There are some beautiful roses (wild I think) growing all over a wall up the road from me and I'd really like to take a cutting or graft some of the roses on to a rose plant on my garden. Any idea how I'd go about it?

wait until late autumn, take a piece with a root and transplant it.

In nov-dec time cut a piece about three inches long trim off leaves and cut it angled at the bottom like this / . Pop a few in a pot of soil and see how they go. I have found roses are pretty easy to grow from a cutting.

Take a few and if one or two fail you always have another.
