First Rung of the property ladder?

    Recently read an article where someone mentioned this as they purchased a home.

    Do people really think that when they purchase now they are on a property ladder.

    And if anything I would think they are on the 5th rung and about to go down, what do you think?

    how many times do you have to post the same topic ?

    we get it house prices are dropping no need to keep repeating like a broken record.

    Do you really think there are that many original posts on this board. And you should have said like a skipping CD, most people dont have records anymore.
