hi my wife got a blackberry storm for xmas shes on vodafone bill pay and she let it fall today and the screen cracked would it be covered under warranty or will she have to pay for it to be fixed thanks

Unless you pay for insurance it would not be covered under warranty as its due to negligence.

Check its not covered by your contents insurance. Phones and laptops are covered for accidental damage by mine even if the damage happens in another country. Check how much the excess is though:-)
