    Hello everyone,

Im moving into a small flat that's been newly built behind someones house but it doesn't have a Phone line for broadband. I am thinking about NTL broadband, how much work is it to install a NTL box I don't really want the walls to be ripped up.

Also is there any other alternatives to this leaving out mobile USB broadband?

    Thanks,
    Fenlig.

Was there a UPC cable point put in when it was built?
    For UPC tv for instance.
If there was, they just activate that, and connect up the modem.
If not, they can drill a hole through any external facing wall, and put in a UPC point.
(As long as you have the owners permission).

    I don't think they have a connection/install fee.
They didn't for me, but I've been installed for a while so it may have changed.
