My friend has a 2005 saloon renault megane and his center brake light is not working. Any ideas on how to access the light as there is a cover over it and two clips that push down but dont seem to release the cover over it. So would like some help in how he can access it.

    Thanks

Your friend might be able to get a Haynes Manual in Halfords for about 20 quid. The Haynes Manuals are handy and should tell you what you need to know. Also, it will tell you what type of bulb you will need, in case a bulb needs to be replaced.

If the brake light is not working, then your friend should probably also check the fuses to see if any need replacing. My amateur opinion for you.

Lights change on front requires the wheel of the car to be removed to access the headlight bulbs through a plastic cover in the wheel arch. It takes about 45 minutes to replace i think this is a joke when some other cars only take 1 minutes to do same job. All this would cost big on the main dealers another way to make them money and they say its because of there 5 star safety rating.:mad::mad::mad:
