Flag base for inside?

I'm looking for the base for the flag for inside. I cannot find find it anywhere.. I've been in Tesco, Woodies and Argos. None of them have it. That's what I'm looking for: http://www.qualitychurchfurniture.com/images/ofs95.jpg (but without the flag-cloth)…

why not make one?

2 litre milk jug. put flag pole into the top. fill with sand. cover with some kind of non-ugly box to disguise the fact that you're scabby and using a milk jug.
