Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ive seen a couple of postings with people looking for keys cut.
Had a friend loose his keys a couple of weeks ago, called up the Nissan dealer in Tallaght who said they could cut the key but they were mot able to code it, would have ot have the car towed to another dealer to get the key coded.
Anyway car was stuck in shopping centre car park and one the security gards there told us that he had the same problem but code it sorted by a mobile locksmith, so I got the number for www.speedykey.ie. He cut two keys coded it for €250.
Just taught Id let people know becasue I didnt thinl anyone but a mai dealer could code keys. Saved us a lot of bother and money.

How was he able to cut a key without having one to make a copy of?

Theres no contact details other than a mobile phone?

If you lookup the domain. Seems to be run by ULTIMATE LOCKS LIMITED in swords.

When he got the window open he climbed in (couldnt open the doors they were dead locked) opened the boot from inside and removed the boot lock barrel, thats what he used to cut the new key, somehow

Didnt notice that at the time, to be honest I was just happy to get the sorted. That could be a problem if something went with the job.
