Does any1 know who built newborough estate in Gorey?My mother owns a house down there want get in contact the builder.Does any1 know also the BER Rating on the houses there also Thanks

jeez, u could ring warren estates in gorey as they were selling agents afaik.

on the BER, its only compulsory from the 1st jan this year that if you are selling or renting a property, to have a cert.so if you mother is thinking about selling or renting out her property, she kinds by law now needs to get one carried out on the house. id say the ratings would vary anyway, lots of different types of houses up there, from detached, to semi to terraced, 2,3+ 4 bedroom.
