    Were they protesting about something?

Cos if they weren't, I cant think of anything more empty than travelling to a set place on a weekend and simply standing there, just because someone you probably don't know told you to do so.

If I came away from doing that on a Saturday thinking that I'd achieved something, I'd hope that someone close to me would get me the help I so obviously urgently required.

I suppose it was art "in action" .....or art " in inaction" actually :)

I enjoyed watching it I must say!

Apparently the idea was based on the logic or trend that people are just too busy scurrying around so "The Freeze" was a way of just taking a few moments out of what you are doing to do nothing.I didn't see it but the GF said it was cool.

There was a thread up here before saying when it was going to be on. It was like the freeze they done in Central Station in New York. You'll find that somewhere on YouTube.

Dumb asses, what a poor place to do a freeze. I wonder how many of them realised their purses and wallets were missing when they thawed.

People froze in Merrion Square too. Thought it was part of the Street Performer yoke that was on.

    All about this.
People getting angry about this is just the funniest thing i have ever seen. It's their life, they are entitled to do what ever the hell the want.
